Over the years tendinitis and other injuries have plague me. As of late with stretching, muscle creams and this wrist support I have seen so much improvement with my wrist. I can adjust the pressure radius by tightening or loosening the band. I can also direct pressure 1/4 inch up or down by shift the strap.(I don’t know if that was intended but on the large you can).
